The Glasgow Kilt Walk · 30 April 2023 ·
Each summer as part of the youth work programme at Partick Trinity Church, we take away 30 young people (aged from P5-S6) on a week long residential camp in partnership with Scripture Union Scotland. This summer we are heading to Gowanbank from 22nd - 29th July for an amazing week packed full of fun.
These events don't come cheap and often the price acts as a barrier to young people being able to come on camp. We as a team make it our mission to ensure any young person wanting to come has that opportunity and this is done by fundraising each year to allow us to pay for or subsidise young people's places. We also want to offer the best programme possible so that all young people attending will have an experience that they will never forget and raising extra funds allows this to be possible too.
Your donations make a big big difference, and in supporting our fundraiser you are giving these 30 young people the opportunity to explore the significance of Jesus in each of their lives in a fun and engaging way.
We will be sure to update you with our progress.
The Kilt Walk is on 30th April & we will be starting at 10am.
