Skippy was rescued on Monday 14th January 2019 from a garden in Rogerstone where she had spent a few days living with a horrific injury. We do not know how this injury occurred but it resulted in significant blood loss and Skippy has had intensive care to raise blood pressure levels before surgery could be considered.
Yesterday (Saturday 19th) Skippy was fit enough to have surgery and the limb was amputated. She is in recovery and doing well.

We are appealing for help with Skippy’s veterinary care costs and anything raised above this figure will go to help other cats currently in our care.
