Teams are taking part in this extremely tough dawn to dusk event to cycle 35 miles around the incredible winding lanes of the Brecon Beacons, navigate a 2-mile canoe course, and finally summit of Pen Y Fan, the highest mountain in the Brecon Beacons with an altitude of 886m, on an 8 mile round trip all in one day to raise money for Action Medical Research.
