I am running in the British 10k London run on Sunday 8 July in aid of TACT, which is the UK's largest fostering and adoption charity, providing loving families for vulnerable children. 

I'm obviously aiming to raise as much as possible for the charity so please be generous with your donation. I know the thought of me running that far will make you fall about with laughter but I am determined to complete the run.
