I wanted to kick the year off by doing something for charity and supporting a local cause. 

Lindsey Lodge has looked after a number of my family members and it feels like a good time for me to do my bit and help make a difference.

I tend to run most days and so in January every time I lace up my trainers it will not just be for me but for Lindsey Lodge and all the great work they do.
