100k Your Way - February Fitness Challenge , 1 February 2023
Our 'no pressure' challenge is back for 2023. You choose exactly WHERE, WHEN and HOW you complete your 100 kilometres (62.1 miles!) - all that we ask is that you do it within the month of February. The best of luck!

Story

During February I'm taking part in the 100km your way challenge (walking, running or cycling 100km in total during Feb)  in aid of St Luke's Hospice.

St Luke’s is a wonderful local charity that provides vital support to families in Mid and South Cheshire who are living with life limiting illnesses. They go well beyond the scope and funding of the NHS; helping with end of life care on their ward, supporting carers, helping children cope with grief and helping patients return to work after an illness.

In order to provide their services free of charge, they rely heavily on the kindness and generosity of donations as only 15% is Government funded.

If you're able to donate any amount at all I would be hugely grateful 🙏🏻

I do understand it is a tough time  at the moment.though so even words of encouragement are massively appreciated!

Thank you!
