For some reason I thought it would be a great idea to get to know Leeds a bit better and join my colleagues in abseiling down the Princes Exchange building in Leeds (the snazzy building next to the train station where the old Entec offices were).

I thought it would be easy, but after looking at the photos again I've started to change my mind! But at least we don't have to climb up it first!

But the charity is worth it. The Candlelighters are a Yorkshire based charity who provide essential services and support to children with cancer and their families. It was formed and is run by parents of children who have or have had cancer.
