The Fine & Country Foundation has been created to help combat one of the largest social issues in the UK – homelessness. Last year, the Government estimated around 2,414 people sleep on the street on any one night across England, a rise of 36% over three years. Often the reasons for homelessness are misunderstood, with many blaming the individuals for poor life decisions and carelessness. The reality is: people become homeless for a whole range of complex and overlapping reasons that cannot be avoided, such as family breakdowns, mental or physical health problems or debts. Solving homelessness does not only involve putting a roof over people’s heads, it is also trying to tackle the root of the problem and asking the question: why did they became homeless in the first place? The Fine & Country Foundation is dedicated to bringing together all Fine & Country agents in over 300 locations worldwide to raise awareness of the causes of homelessness whilst supporting homeless charities.

Story

Thank you for taking the time to visit my page and donate to what is a fantastic cause. 

I am aiming to raise £1800 in order to fund the supplies for an entire house in the Nepalese village of Thangpalkot1. This village along with vast areas of Nepal was destroyed in the 2015 earthquake. 

I will be given a family to support so I can learn their story and watch as we transform their lives for generations.
