This January I will be taking part in the RED JANUARY challenge. Along with an awesome group of ladies, I will do a form of physical activity EVERY day from 1st January straight through to 31st January. We're doing this to promote the importance of physical exercise and the benefits it has on mental health. Most importantly this is to help raise funds for Bucks MIND, a fantastic local charity that supports people suffering from mental health issues.
This time of year is particularly hard on some people. The mental health service in this country is under a lot of pressure and charities like MIND provide a lot of additional support to help people in need of these services. We really need charities like these to keep going, so please donate and support!
