I have been working for First Days since October 2016. 

When I joined the charity I was shocked to discover that there are 4 million children living in poverty in the UK, that's 1 in 4, and it's right on our doorstep. We believe every child deserves the same start in life. 

That's why we work hard to help approx 100 families per month, providing their children with clothing, toys and equipment. Some of the children we help don't even have beds to sleep in or warm clothes to wear.
