Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

As many of you know, my daughter Imogen was born in January 2010 with a life limiting Heart Defect, Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome. She has survived 3 open heart surgeries, the first being at 6 days old and today is a happy 5 year old girl enjoying school, princesses and annoying her 2 older Brothers!!

Despite a total if 10 surgical heart procedures, her future is uncertain, and so everyday is precious. There is no cure for Imogen's condition, but charities like British Heart Foundation are trying to find ways of helping that!!! Research into Congenital Heart Defects is the only way we can possibly help children like my daughter life as long and as happy a life as they truly deserve. So for that reason, myself and lots of members of Gillingham will be going red on February 6th to raise money and show our support for Bravehearts the whole world over.

I will also be outside Tesco in Shaftesbury on February 13th and 14th collecting for BHF too! Every little helps and all that!!
