I hate exercise, I do it so I can eat more and not get overweight and  I especially loathe cycling.... But, I also can’t say no to a challenge! So when my friends challenged me to join them on the Hospiscare Wild Tri (completing a run, bike and gorge scramble on Dartmoor) I couldn’t say no! Although I seriously considered it!

So here I am, asking for your hard earned money.... If you enjoy exercise, here’s your chance to encourage me to start enjoying it too and if you don’t enjoy exercise then you’ll feel my pain! And if you’re in limbo as to whether you like it or not, then it’s for charity, who says no to giving to charity?! Not you surely?!
