Thank you for visiting my page. 🙏Alzheimer’s is a terrible disease that has affected many of my close family members. It isn’t just a disease that affects the elderly, early onset affects thousands every year. Robbing people of their well earned retirements and golden years, missing out on watching their children and grandchildren grow. It’s something which affects not just the sufferer but all those who love and care for them. It is a painful, heartbreakingly slow way to lose someone you love. 

My family are spread far and wide, Ireland, Switzerland, Germany and China. I have often felt helpless being so far away. This is why I’m challenging myself to run 10k. Ask anyone, I am NOT a runner and would much rather spend my time hanging around in a hoop 🙈. To reach this distance would be huge for me, there will be much sweat and I imagine sometime tears along the way! Thank you so much for any support you can give ❤️.
