Phoebe was born at 24 weeks, weighing a tiny 1.3 ounces. She was taken early so her mammy could start chemotherapy. Tiny Lives were amazing with Gemma and Phoebe. 

She’s a little miracle and was out of the incubator after just 5 days. She’s so precious and full of life, she keeps us all on our toes. Her mammy would be so very proud of her.
