I love a challenge and this year I have signed up to run London Landmarks Half Marathon with my friend Michelle, my colleague Zoe and two of our supporters Jo and Steph.

 I have not been as active in my running in the last year so the training will be tough. I will always be thinking of my lovely friend Kirsty who passed away from cancer in 2021 she fought every step of the way.

I am lucky enough to be part of the fundraising team at Helen Rollason cancer charity and I see every day how money raised goes towards supporting those living with cancer and their families.

Times are tough out their so I appreciate any support.

  Helen Rollason Cancer Charity provides complementary therapies and counselling support for cancer patients with all types of cancer and at all stages, whether newly diagnosed or longer term, throughout and after completion of treatment. We also provide support for our client’s families, friends, and carers. Our centres offer an environment of peace and tranquillity, complementary therapy, manual lymph drainage, counselling and support groups for clients and their families.

We have support centres in Essex, in Hatfield Peverel, Harlow and we offer reflexology at Spire Brentwood and at Princess Alexandra Hospital Harlow.
