Oh my Goodness! I cannot believe it is that time of year already!!! That's right - its the Tour de Bristol in aid of St Peter's Hospice time of year!

In 2014 we lost our friend Jo to Cancer. St Peter's Hospice provided amazing care and support for her and her family.

Last year we took part in the 30km bike ride to raise money for the Hospice. It was a big challenge considering we didn't even own any bikes! This year we are upping the stakes and going for the 50km! This will be even harder as we have only just got some bikes which leaves just 10 weeks of training.

This bike ride is more than just raising some money for a great charity. It is going to be a big challenge and allows us to do something positive after such a terrible time. 

I know that Jo would be laughing at us for signing up to such a challenge and also proud that we are taking part.
