This is going to be a big challenge but this year has been full of them, so what is one more.

I've never ran more than a mile my whole life so taking on the Great North Run is a serious challenge for me and if I am being honest have just started my training. But over the last year I've lost over 3 1/2 stone and feel this is a year of fitness and goal setting, its a one off challenge that I've always wanted to do but never had the fitness for. 

So please everyone cross your fingers and donate to motivate me through this hellish run and of course support the Bright Charity who I am running for with work.
