Thanks for visiting my page. I'm raising money for the British Heart Foundation's research and I'd be so grateful for your support.  This is personal for me with many of my family members suffering with some form of heart problems.  My uncle is currently in hospital after life saving heart surgery. 

Help my causes and support my training efforts by donating as little as you can.  With only 5 weeks training for this bike ride I'm pushing myself.

The BHF has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK but sadly every day hundreds of people lose their lives.
