We are running the Great North Run this year supporting the British Heart Foundation, in memory of my friend and colleague Tim David, who died suddenly last year.  He is deeply missed and each and every donation is very gratefully received.  We will be decked out in fancy dress, this year as Minnie Mouse,  and hope the costumes will also generate plenty of interest and donations en route.  I know Tim would have laughed and given me much ribbing about the outfits, he always did.  Thank you
