What a year for British cycling! 

Yes, I have succumbed to wearing lycra and am taking part in the Extramile challenge covering 500 miles and over 30,000 feet of ascent across Luxumburg and France over 3 days in September 2012.

This is a charity event and all money raised goes directly to the supported organisations and not to pay for my pain relief or bike spares!

I'm sure you receive plenty of these requests but it is a good cause so any donation gratefully received.
