Jennie and I along with a few friends are doing the National Three Peak Challenge to raise money for Cancer Research UK.  This is a charity very close to both our hearts as we have both lost very loved family members to cancer Jennie lost her Nan Hilda in 2006 and Uncle Owen in 2011 and more recently Ive lost my Step Dad Ronnie and Grandma Maisie.

Last year my Mother Pamela was diagnosed with stage three ovarian cancer she has fought very bravely and finally finished her last session of chemo in April, having watched her go through this we would both like to raise as much money as we can to go to the charity as every penny counts towards finding a cure.

Our aim is to climb the three highest peaks of Scotland, England and Wales within 24 hours including driving time.
