Diabetes UK is the charity leading the fight against the UK's devastating and fastest growing health crisis, working to create a world where diabetes can do no harm. It’s a fight that involves all of us – sharing knowledge and taking diabetes on together. Join us.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my Dad's JustGiving page.

Dad died on 22nd December 2011, and will be missed by all those who knew him. He was a loving, caring, and generous person who supported many charities.

Instead of having flowers at his funeral, Dad wanted us to set up a page to help raise funds for Diabetes UK. Dad suffered with diabetes for many years, and would have liked to think that his death was, in some way, helping others.

Your donation, no matter how large or small, will make a difference to the work that this great charity does, and would make Dad very happy.

We have also set up a page in memory of Dad, supporting the British Heart Foundation, which was another charity close to his heart (sorry!) If you would like to donate to the British Heart Foundation, please visit his page at www.justgiving.com/GeoffCromptonHeartFoundation.

We reall appreciate your support.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - we raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
