Story
Over the last two years the only regular exercise I’ve undertaken has been running downstairs to grab a coffee between TEAMS calls (and more often than not a biscuit). Like everyone, I started 2022 with plans of healthy eating and getting fit… so far a month into the year I’ve done absolutely nothing about it.
So, I decided I needed a goal and a commitment to work
towards, and in a moment of madness I’ve signed up for the 2022 London Marathon in October for ZCT.
I feel overweight and under prepared for the challenge ahead, I have a training plan and I need to blow the dust off of my trainers. But, I also have a steep fundraising target to meet. I’m asking for sponsorship early, not only to help the great causes ZCT support but to spur me on through the training ahead. I know I have a huge challenge ahead of me!
