I have for along time commuted by bicycle but during the first lockdown I started cycling more for fitness and fun and thoroughly enjoyed London without traffic. 
After a while my brother-in-law started joining me and he is a full road bike, Lycra wearing addict who loves everything cycling.  His love of all things bikes gradually infected me and I found myself buying a road bike and a number of very tight unflattering outfits to wear while riding it. 

I have known about the London to Brighton ride for some time and wanted to challenge myself, so this year I decided to enter.  Being a father of two I cannot think of a better charity than one that helps children around the world who find themselves in hardship and times of need, so I am very happy to be partnering with Dior and supporting their chosen charity for this year, Save the Children.
