Myself and Danny along with the foundation 'The Walk for Jock' will be walking the 96 miles of The West Highland Way starting on the 3rd of September.  

We have chosen to raise funds for The Lighthouse Club. The charity is  fantastic organisation who supports the construction industry and their families. Its also a charity myself, family and friends hold close to our hearts after the fantastic help they gave us in 2010 following a fatal accident to my brother in law Jason. The charity stepped in and helped my sister and the girls financially and helped them through the difficult time.

We are the only charity that provides mental, physical and financial wellbeing support to the construction community and their families. We provide a 24/7 Construction Industry Helpline which provides free and confidential support services and this is complemented by our free Construction Industry Helpline App which offers expert guidance on a huge variety of wellbeing issues. We also offer free mental health and wellbeing training for the construction community.
