I am proud to say that I will be running the London Marathon in April 2023 for Bliss, a special cause, close to my family's heart.

The rate of babies born premature or sick in the UK is rising with 1 in every 7 babies needing neonatal care. For every 13 babies born in the UK, one baby is born premature. 15 million babies are born prematurely every year. One million of these babies will not survive.

Bliss is a charity that aim to give every baby that is born premature or sick in the UK the best chance of survival and quality of life. Amongst many other goals, Bliss also strive to ensure that all babies in neonatal care have well-supported parents playing an active role in their decision-making and care.

Bliss is continuing the fight to improve outcomes and quality of life for these babies. 

Any donation - however big or small - is greatly appreciated.
