Mental Health Aberdeen is a local mental health charity dedicated to delivering services and promoting mental wellbeing to people affected by challenges related to mental health within the North East of Scotland. We strive to raise public awareness and understanding of mental health issues.

Thanks for taking the time to visit my just giving page

My personal challenge is to swim 60 miles a month in May and June to raise funds for MHA. Always keen to have swimming buddies. Will be swimming skins (dookers) and swims will be at least 2 miles a day with the likelihood  that I’ll be doing a few longer swims 4 miles +. 

Really appreciate any support in raising both awareness and much needed funds for Mental Health Aberdeen. A local charity providing a range of services in Aberdeen city.

The covid pandemic has certainly highlighted  how our mental health can be affected with feelings of isolation, loneliness as well as the lack of direct face to face contact being a significant factor in people experiencing poor mental health. Mental health services have had to adapt to these new challenges and your donations will make a difference
