As many of you will already know, Leah has been unwell and diagnosed this rare condition of Sydenham chorea, she continues to fight this every day and is doing a great job. Leah would like to help others by raising a few pounds for this cause to say thanks for the help she has received so far.

The Sydenham's Chorea Association aims to provide information about the condition to patients, their families and others to help them understand the condition and how to manage it. Health professionals, parents and children have shared their stories to help others understand how the condition presents and is treated. Money raised supports family and education days, and helps us to fund research into the condition, working with a network of professionals. Our support network connects families all over the world.
