Story
I am travelling the distance of 247 miles/395km (Roughly London to Paris!) during this second national lockdown, starting from the 5th of November and ending on the 2nd of December. I will track this through my fitbit and can achieve it through a variety of ways such as walking/running/cycling/swimming etc. It will be around 8.8 miles/14.1km a day, and I will be documenting this on my instagram page @george_millward_fitness. I am doing a 247 mile challenge because mental health is a 24/7 battle for people, even more so in this next lockdown. So its important to stay mentally healthy during the next 4 weeks and I am hoping this can inspire some people to try this challenge with me or to get them out the house for exercise purposes during lockown.
