On Sunday 30th April, I am taking part in a fundraiser hosted by TRC to raise money for their vital support services for women and girls who have experienced rape and sexual abuse. It will be a great day of fun and fitness, hopefully raising lots of money for TRC. TRC currently have a trauma informed counselling service, offering service users up to 26 free sessions of counselling. They also have a free, confidential helpline, email and live chat service. They also run various groups and drop-ins across greater Manchester. Including an art group and a drop-in for Manchester University students.
