My name is George and I am 10 years old. I have Cerebral Palsy and use a wheelchair to get around. 

I have been working hard over the past couple of years to try to walk a little by using a walker.

I practice as much as I am able to - my legs get really tired very quickly, so I really have to push myself to go even little distances. I get a lot of support and encouragement from everyone at my school, The Vineyard. 

I was really inspired by what Major Tom did for the NHS. So, I want to make my school, friends and family proud by being The Vineyard's Major Tom and walking in support of BBC Children in Need.
