London Marathon 2021 · 3 October 2021 ·

When stroke strikes, part of your brain shuts down. And so does a part of you. Life changes instantly and recovery is tough. But the brain can adapt. Our specialist support, research and campaigning are only possible with the courage and determination of the stroke community.

Story

So, after having to pull out of the London 2021 Marathon last minute due to illness, I was able to defer my entry to 2022.

I’ve decided to re-open my justgiving page so that people who sponsored me last year can see where I’m at and also in case anyone else would like to donate to a very worthy cause.

There is of course, absolutely not obligation or expectation to sponsor me again but if you would like to it would be most gratefully received.

Many thanks, and good luck to all others running on Sunday 2nd October.

George.
