UK Emergency Response

5k a day 💪🏼🏃🏻♀️ · 22 June 2020
Three years ago I attended the Ariana Grande concert in Manchester, I have always wanted to do something in aid of what happened. Every year on this day I have a very heavy heart and feel helpless as to what happened so I thought this time was the best time to do it. Although last year the donations were stopped for the We love Manchester fund which was in partnership with the British Red Cross, I still wanted to find a way to raise a bit of money in memory of anyone who was impacted by the event, I’ve chosen this charity for the emergency services as they are highly important in every day life, they were extremely important on that night and are extremely important in the current situation of the global pandemic. My aim is to run 5k every day for the next month, starting 22/05/2020, any donations would be very grateful! I will post my 5k every day as an update, it’s for an amazing cause for a reason that lies very close to my heart, and it’s also a motivation for me to keep exercising!
