I started running in 2014 after I had my daughter, it helped me organise my thoughts & be a better me as well as a better mum. Ive fallen in and out of love with running over the years, using it as and when I have needed it, but this year I will be training rain or shine, if I want to or not, to complete the marathon in September 🏃‍♀️

I have never ran anywhere near a marathon distance before but as I got my place through ballot I'd like to use the opportunity to raise a little towards something that has, if not will, effect us all in our life. 👌

Mental health issues can effect everyone. You can have everything you have ever wanted and still have demons that nobody else can see. It's not just about money it's also about awareness - it's ok to not be ok, ask for the help you need 💞
