A marathon row (26.2 miles, 42, 195 meters) with my crossfit family and friends for Macmillan 

This charity has supported my family massively with my mum, my step mum, grandad and other family and friends through the hardest times and more recently my nana who has just passed away at St. Annes Hospice on 26th October I would love to be able to help fund the amazing care they provide. 

This will take place on Saturday 24th November starting at 11am(ish) 

I’m going to be doing the whole marathon row along with; Ruth Robson, Ryan Farrington, Matthew Charlsworth, Karim Ariane, Jonny Rennie, Mike Casson, Phil Hannis, Siobhan Bancroft,, Steph Boyle, Ciaran Rayne and Biraj ... others will be joining in and splitting the row between them and supporting! 

This is going to be a really hard challenge for us not just physically but mentally as it is likely to take well over 3/4 hours but we are hoping to raise as much money as possible 💖
