At 9am on Sunday 11th December I will be wrapping up in layers of tinsel, donning my finest Santa hat, and joining the (rein)deer in Richmond Park for a 10k race in hopes of beating my one previous 10k time of 1:00:59!

My aim is to finish this race in under 58 minutes... Your donations, small or large, will really help me smash this goal! 

I am raising money for the National Literacy Trust: an independent charity working with schools and communities to give disadvantaged children the literacy skills to succeed in life.

They work to improve the reading, writing, speaking and listening skills in the UK's most disadvantaged communities, where one in three people have low levels of literacy.
