I'm volunteering to get my ass handed to me at The White Collar Fight Club event in aid of CALM, on 13 May 2023. Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is a charity united against suicide. 

Mental illness is something I feel immensely passionate about having battled with both Anxiety & Depression during the back end of 2016 throughout the years following and is something i'm constantly mindful of to this day.

CALM is there for everyone struggling with life, no matter who they are, where they're from or what they're going through. Whether that be mental health issues, debt, addiction, job loss, divorce, or homelessness, they've got your backs.
