On Tuesday 22/12 I’ll be doing two bodyweight HIIT sessions on Zoom, at 8am and 6pm GMT, so hopefully you can join in wherever you are in the world.

This is to raise money for the Neuromuscular Centre in Cheshire, a wonderful charity in my hometown that has been hit hard by Covid. The NMC is an award winning charity that supports people affected by muscular dystrophy through services including physiotherapy, emotional support and work opportunities.
