I am running 50 miles, in 1 month to raise money for the Epilepsy Society in honour of my darling cousin Matt. This April would have been his 27th birthday. He died  in November 2019,  aged 25, following  an epileptic seizure during his sleep.  
Matt was the gentlest of souls,  and he is missed every day.
