Story

On Saturday 13 October, as a group we will be doing a 5 mile walk around Cuckmere Haven for Bowel Cancer UK. We are doing this to raise funds, to raise awareness and to support our friend and colleague Stacy Cuthbert who at age 36 is living with stage 4 bowel cancer with courage, dignity, positivity and for the most part without allowing it to dull her gorgeous sparkle.

If caught early bowel cancer is treatable and curable but sadly at stage 4, statistics are not as good.

We would like to draw particular attention to the following important campaign

https://www.bowelcanceruk.org.uk/campaigning/never-too-young/

Bowel Cancer UK is the UK’s leading bowel cancer charity. They fund targeted research, provide expert information and support to patients and their families, educate the public and professionals about the disease and campaign for early diagnosis and access to best treatment and care. They’re here to stop people dying of bowel cancer.

Thanks so much for your support
