I'm running the Great South Run on the 28th October to raise money for the Rowan's Hospice in Portsmouth.  My wonderful Uncle Bob sadly passed away last year and the staff at the Rowans did a great job treating him with the respect and care he deserved.  They were also very supportive to our family at the most difficult time.

I may moan in Dad's ear the whole 10 miles as it is still a challenge for my little legs.. So think of us both and be generous!!
