Slightly last minute due to my diagnosis of my patella-something issue (ask my physio), but things are looking good for me to run this Sunday in the Hackney Half marathon. Although I suspect I will be slower than previous attempts, this is something I wanted to do before I was 30 this summer and hope that my knee pain might warrant supporting such a worthy cause.
