Myself and Rhodri Clark have decided to run the Cardiff half marathon in October, we will be running this for 'Alzheimers Society UK', in memory of my Nan Eunice Fisher who passed away in 2009 suffereing from Alzhemiers. Alzheimers society UK do alot of great work in helping sufferers of Alzheimers. Anything we can raise will go along way to help this charity keep doing the great work that they are doing and have been doing for years.
