Three peaks challenge · 27 July 2019

We‘re the world‘s leading cancer charity dedicated to saving and improving lives through research. We fund research into the prevention, detection and treatment of more than 200 types of cancer through the work of over 4,000 scientists, doctors and nurses.

Story

Sean Higgins, Patrick Higgins, Dario Oliver, Gwilym O’Donovan, Kristian Hawkes, Tom James, Pat James, Joe Coughlin, Josh Cashman, Sam Byrne, Josh Davidson, Rhys Hendley, Brian Feeney and myself will be taking on The National Three Peaks Challenge on the 3rd August to raise money for Cancer Research.

We will be trying to summit Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon within 24 hours and completing one of the hikes overnight. Dads’ Gary James and Mark O’Donovan  will be taking on the arduous task of driving and getting us to the bottom of each mountain. It’ll be a tough challenge but it’s something we are all desperate to complete.

It’s for a cause that is very important to us and you don’t need us to tell you that the stats and risk’s of cancer are pretty shocking.

So please help us get to our target and  donate what you can, no matter how big or small. Thanks a lot.

- Massive thanks to Capitol Hire for sponsoring us and loaning us one of their minibus’s! We have always used these guys for any trips like this we have gone on. Www.capitolhire.com

- Also to our other sponsors Newport Saracens RFC for our biggest donation yet, and IPhone repair company Mousetech for sponsoring us and donating battery banks for the boys to use on our bus journey.
