We support children, young people and families in South Wales to achieve their full potential.

We offer a range of programmes which inspire education, improve health & wellbeing and build safer communities. 

WHO DO WE WORK WITH?

We work with over 17,000 people from across South Wales each year and prioritise children, young people, families and vulnerable adults living in disadvantaged communities.
