I will be cycling from my home in Paulton, to Lands End, on a 35 year old 'Raleigh Flyer' 10 speed racer!!!

Its going to be a gruelling test of man and machine! Those of you who know me, will know how much this is going to hurt me!!! 

220 miles in 4 days!

I will be doing this ride totally unaided. No support, no back up!!

Please please please give as much as you can for this very worthy cause!
