Well, that was a breeze.....not really, but it was a truly amazing experience and something I'd recommend to anyone who wants a little challenge with the added benifit of helping to raise funds for one of many deserving charities. The pain and discomfort during the race plus the relentless protests from my limbs afterwards, do not dim the pleasure to be had from witnessing the extraordinary warmth of the spectators and being part of that spectacle snaking through London. Thankyou everyone for visiting my page, your kind words of support and the wonderfully generous donations.

I'll keep it short.
I'm fulfilling a dream by running the London Marathon on 25th April 2010. By introduction, I will be undertaking the challange on behalf of an extremely worthwhile cause. It's the Blond McIndoe Reserch Foundation based in East Grinstead. The centre specialises in the reserch and direct care of skin wound repairs.
Like so many of the world leading foundations within the UK, it depends entirely on charitable funds. I ask you simply, to contribute to it's aim.
Should you wish to understand more, visit the foundation at;
Hopefully I will survive the day, in case I don't, many thanks in advance.
