Story
Those who know me will already know that I have Prostate Cancer AND that as a keen cyclist doing 300 miles in a summer month should be easy BUT this is a real challenge for me as I am starting radiotherapy at the start of June! It should clear me of the cancer but two weeks of treatment during and after its going to be really hard to cycle.
So it is going to be very difficult to acheive and I need all the encouragement I can get from everyone so please donate!

Update on Day 3
What a whirlwind! Having registered and shared the page with a few groups the sponsorship has been wild! Never in ,my dreams did I think I could raise so much a massive thank you!
I have done a ride a day so far and after 3 rides have clocked up 103 miles so well on the way - tomorrow is treatment day 2 and I dont think I will get chance then or until Sunday to ride again - I'll have to see how it feels. Cetainly starting to feel the effecct of the treatment somewhat and it will build up with each session of Radiotherapy. You know I will do my very best to complet teh challenge without affecting the treatment.
Again a massive thankyou to all my sponsors - hope a few more can join in and reach the traget suggested to me 'you should be aiming for ten times that amount!' So with your help here we go to reach £1500 - thank you

Did you know that 1 in 8 men in the UK will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in their lifetime?
I’m taking on the Cycle 300 Miles in June challenge for PCR to change this and help make a difference to men and their families who have been affected by prostate cancer.
Please support me during this challenge by donating what you can to Prostate Cancer Research. Every donation you make helps advance our mission to create a world free from the impact of prostate cancer.
Thank you for your support! 💙🧡
