I will be unning a 7k assault course with 100 obstacle. If you know me then you know I don't exercise and I am very lazy. I am doing this run for charity as ita a local charity to where I work and as company we want to give something back to the local community. Its a great charity.

St Christopher’s Hospice was founded by Dame Cicely Saunders in 1967 and is widely regarded as the first modern hospice. It now provides palliative care of the highest quality care to over 2,500 dying individuals each year on four inpatient wards at the hospice inSydenham, south east London and in people’s own homes across south east London.
