<p><span>      I would like </span><span>to thank all the Nurses and Staff at Hospice at Home for all the good work they </span><span>do, taking Care of patients in their final weeks and days and bringing Comfort </span><span>to their families and loved ones. Also for looking after a Very Special friend while </span><span>he was losing his battle with Cancer. </span></p><p><span>These Special people give 24/7 support to </span><span>those in need, free of charge.
