I would like to thank all the Nurses and Staff at Hospice at Home for all the good work they do, taking Care of patients in their final weeks and days and bringing Comfort to their families and loved ones. Also for looking after a Very Special friend while he was losing his battle with Cancer. 

These Special people give 24/7 support to those in need, free of charge. They are a Charity so rely on the kind donations of the public.
